No alternatives to biometric identification
No alternatives to biometric identification to confirm the identity. This is really problematic for me to pass biometric identification by number of reasons and due to the fact that there is no alternatives it becomes a real headache to login.
Yeah, I know that you gonna say about security, protection and etc, but if I can’t use the application then security measures are useless.
Implement multi-factor identification. Sms, push, id photo and etc as alternatives to biometrics.

Hello! Biometric identification allows you to perform operations on your account without the client's physical presence at the bank branch. Also, biometric access control is considered to be more reliable, since identifiers cannot be transferred to third parties. Passing biometric identification is a mandatory step to enter the application. Hope for your understanding.
